Miami looks good. Indeed it is a little spread out. But that's ok. Miami beach look wonderful. I would like to go there some day. 8/10

Here's a mini tour of fraction of Miami's Hot Urban Spots

Brickell (southern edge of downtown)

the Southern tip of South Beach...

Look at all the pastels

the Beautiful Beaches

Neon dominates the city

Ocean Dr

Collins Ave... the amount of art deco is overwhelming and a feast for the eyes

This pic just encapsulatates the whole atmosphere of SoBe...I don't think I'll ever feel this vibe anywhere else!

OK Back to the discusion at hand: Density

Miami mainland

Downtown Coral Gables in Miami

This is Coral Gables off in the distance

SCROLL---->

Aventura/Sunny Isles area of Miami

The City of Ft Lauderdale on it's own is an urban wonder...and boasts the BEST beaches Florida has to offer!!

this is a VEry outdated pic..many skyscrapers have gone up, and alot more are happening right now

this is a newly completed scraper

I may be a bit biased but its a 10 in my heart. Especially for a city with a 1000 ft. FAA height limit (because of nearby airport) in the CBD (except for about three blocks), Brickell, Midtown/Design District, and Beaches where all the vertical development is taking place, I think it does extremely well..

There are many new developments taking place also, and I'll see what I can do about getting some of the Miamians to post renderings...

definitely a growing skyline..... but it's too spread out. also dominated by a lot of residentials. stylistically a bit monotonous as well.

Buildings look really nice, and skyline looks clean, but I'll have to say it's missing some density. I give it an 8!
