Art Deco in contemporary Architecture

Hello everyone,

I am currently researching Art Deco architecture in contemporary architecture.
I was wondering if any of you know good examples of Art Decor architecture, or references to the Art Deco style, in contemporary realisations. I'm looking for subtle references to Art Deco in current facade designs or structures, or not so subtle and rather explicit links to the Art Deco style. Interior references are easier to find, but exterior and facade architecture is what I'm looking for and curious to find out more about.

Thanks in advance,

Steven

David Schwarz has done a number of contemporary Art Deco projects such as the Smith Center in Las Vegas: http://www.dmsas.com/#/portfolio/single/22

This project in Fort Worth: http://www.dmsas.com/#/portfolio/single/144

Thanks, these are indeed some inspirational references!

The David Shwarz projects are actually very nicely designed, but a very literal interpratation of the Art Deco.

Im still hoping to find more subtle references to the style in contemporary architecture

The office of Robert AM Stern (RAMSA) uses various Art Deco references, too - perhaps more of the subtle sort you're looking for:
