This plot has not been demolished yet. It is right below the large demolished plot on the center-left side of your screen, that plot being Banpo Raemian I Park(http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...ighlight=banpo).
The plot just on the right is Banpo Central Prugio Summit (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...ighlight=banpo), and the one on the far right already U/C is Seocho Prugio Summit (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...hlight=raemian)

Well, the wiggly bit seems a bit tacked-on, but at least it's something, and those renders help to show how nice these types of projects are inside, even if they're boring outside.

I don't have any photos to show for it, but I went there almost a month ago, and the existing buildings (Samho Garden Lot 3) are currently being demolished. So I guess construction will start soon, now that Hyundai is all in on that "The H" branding.

Found pictures from the construction across the street. These are the buildings being demolished in the background.
