I must say I appreciate the details of this. Much better than the monotony of glass boxes.

I like it however I think I would like it more if they were to tone it down a bit. I think I would prefer patterns rather than objects and animals. Good to see this sight has had some progress though!

This is actually quite interesting from architectural point of view, though I doubt that it is going to be built like that.

I find very interesting the posibility of a new architectural style of that kind for new ultra-luxury residential towers, mix of neoclassical, futuristic baroque and modern. But this design can be much better, it seems a glass box with things added to the facade. And they have to think in the big scale shape, the details of this tower can be seen only from a close distance, from far it looks like amorphous stains, it needs to have something at a greater scale which form could be observed from far.
But those terraces made of wings are really awesome!

While it turns out that the project will not be moving forward, as confirmed by building architect Mark Foster Gage, the design is still worth checking out.

Top is simply majestic, but everything else is kinda kistchy and overworked. Maybe simpler objects and lines could work better. That being said, its quite an interesting design

I love it

For me that mix of SciFi elements and a modern interpretation of Art Deco is simply awesome.

I like the concept, but it just feels too cluttered. If they streamline it a bit, it could be incredible.
Even as it is now, I would rather have this design than the simple glass box that will probably be built there.

This is a crazy masterpiece. I hated it first but man I was wrong I adore it when you put it in to the skyline of N.Y it looks just bold and kinda New Yorkish in a way. I Think this could be something awesome and great. BUILD IT

I love the attempt at incorporating ornamentation into the design. However, after further examination, it really looks like a random assortment of detail. One thing hhat this building absolutely needs to truly make it masterpiece, is a setback...or few

Setbacks are what make the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, 40 Wall, 70 Pine street stand out among the best architectural wonders of NYC.
