It's obviously going to be right on the water, on the land reclaimed for this area's redevelopment, and likely, it will be very near the KTX station, both of which should help its appeal. It'll be good to see this one going up.

According to this article, the towers will be 61-floor tall and construction will begin this year (selling on units to begin in March)

Sadly no. This one will be just under 200m (199.85 to be excruciatingly precise). There is apparently a 200-meter limit.
