Cikat was an elite place where the captains at the end of the 19th and early 20th century built family villas. With them were built hotels for holiday, but destruction began in the mid twentieth century when into landscape pushed socialist objects, and old villas and hotels (which were nationalized) were inappropriately adapted. This situation lasted until 1990-ties, then the war came and all was lost.
New owners welcomed semi dilapidated villas, in addition the municipality passed a plan to sell the entire area of the investor to restore all.

Very bad work! After reconstruction those buildings are looking very worse.
