it would be nice to have the height for a skyscraper/skytoucher

, but remember the land footprint (and setbacks) of IFC in Hong Kong is HUGE.....the land area for the Royal Ratachdamri and the Royal Maneeya is rather cramped and wedged tightly into the crowded Rajadamri zone....

for an IFC-like project you might need something more open and bigger like the Suan Lum Night Bazaar zone

Hmm, IFC Two is only approx. 50m wide at base.
(without the Mall, which touch the tower only at 2 sides)
But the site for Royal Maneeya is approx. 75m wide...
so it would fit

; i even spot some other sites in the area ...
