Eurowings will base 3 A332 at Munich next summer. After Cologne (4 long-haul aircraft) Munich will be the second long-haul base.

Bangkok, Las Vegas, Fort Myers, Windhoek, Mauritius (each twice weekly), Varadero, Montego Bay, Puerto Plata, Cancun and Punta Cana (each weekly) will be served from Munich.

On a separate note EW announced that short haul fleet at MUC should grow by 4 A320 next summer. In total there will be 8 A320 + 3 332 based at Munich next summer.

Lufthansa would apparently take the majority of Air Berlin

Lufthansa wants to secure a large part of the aircrafts of the broken Air Berlin. It could be about 90 of the 144 aircraft greet on Thursday appropriate information "Süddeutsche Zeitung" in confirmed business circles.

Swiss resumes Kiev service in S18
