Lyon (France)
I'd like :

Central zone (ca. 10 square kilometers our 4 square miles) forbidden for cars ("Limited Traffic Zone" on Italian model),
just allowed for pedestrians, bikes, bus, trolleybus, tramways (streetcars), firemen vehicules, ambulancies and electrical trucks for stores deliveries.

More streetcars lines (around 45 km):
from Perrache railway station to "Alaï" and Craponne in west suburbs
from Sathonay (north suburbs) to west Bank (it's quite city center)
from city center (between Saône and Rhône rivers) to Part-Dieu main Railway station, then to east suburbs
from Vaux-en-Velin (north east suburbs ) to Bron (east suburbs), then Venissieux (south suburbs)

West suburbs railways (60 km) transferred to Urban Transit Authority

Destruction of A6 an A7 motorways when crossing in central zone (ca 12 km)

More bike lanes (let's say around 400 km)

For Copenhagen it looks like this.

The more realistic ones.

Extend S-train line B from Høje Taastrup to Roskilde, this line will take over 2 of the 4 tracks between Roskilde and Høje Taastrup that will be in surplus when the Copenhagen Ringsted line high speed line opens in 2018.

There is also 4 tracks between Copenhagen and Høje Taastrup but they are divided between 2 S-train tracks and 2 long distance tracks, so it will only more of the same.

S-train to take over the Kystbanen between Østerport and Helsingør.

Simply make the Øresund trains from Sweden end in Østerport and let the S-train take over rest of the line.

Finally build a tunnel under Copenhagen that connects the central station with Forum and Rigshospitalet before it splits up to a line towards Farumbanen and another line towards Nordbanen (to Hillerød) and the before mentioned Kystbanen.

The line towards Farumbanen will connect with that line just north of the Current Bispebjerg station that will be moved a few 100 meters north to create a interchange with Ringbanen.

The other line will have a stop at Ryparken on Ringbanen before it joins Ringbanen on the last part towards Hellerup.
Just after Hellerup the line splits up towards Nordbanen and Kystbanen.

All trains to Hillerød and Klampenborg will use both the old and new line but trains to Farum will only use the new line.

More wishes for the Metro.

Do the final loop of the northern part of M4 in Nordhavnen.

Extend the southern terminus of M4 towards Hvidovre Hospital, it means that they have to build the tunnel solution at Ny Ellebjerg instead of a platform on ground level as planned for now.

Build the current Ringbanen on the S-train system to M5 instead and changes the northern terminus from Hellerup to Svanemøllen instead.

As the Farumbanen will use the before mentioned tunnel then M5 can use Farumbanens tracks between Ryparken and Svanemøllen and with a little remodeling use of of the 2 platforms.

Build M6 and M7 from Herlev Hospital and Gladsaxe Trafikplads and let them join somewhere near Utterslev Mose.

From here the line will run via Fuglebjerg on the future M5, Nørrebro´s Runddel on M3, somewhere on Indre Nørrebro with connection to the new S-train line.
Next stop will be at Nørrebro near Kongens Have with connection to M1, M2, S-train and long distance and commuter train.
Højbro Plads (M3 and M4 at Gammel Strand) and then finally along Amagerbrogade with a terminus at the airport.

Extend M1 or M2 from west of Flintholm to Brøndbyøster or Rødovre.

Thats all from now.
