Wow. Not as good as UN Studio but quite sweet, too.

The new name of the project is Four Frankfurt

The website: http://fourfrankfurt.com/

Source: Four Frankfurt/Gross & Partner

All heights are without mechanical floors
, so the final heights will be slightly taller.

They're all close up, can't really see much of the towers as a whole in them. Seems like it's gonna be quite a good looking bunch of towers, though.

The winner of the architectural competition for the reorganization of the former Deutsche Bank site is firmly named: UNStudio from Amsterdam won the eight-member prize, consisting of representatives from the city, architects and urban development experts and Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH

A total of fifteen national and international architectural firms participated in the competition. These included both individual offices as well as some applicant groups, so that the participant field consisted of eleven applicants. The challenge was to create a mixed-use, urban city quarter consisting of four high-rise buildings and a multi-storey, connecting pedestal building in the heart of Frankfurt's city - a new attraction for the people in the Mainmetropolis. Retail, gastronomy and hotels, as well as a comprehensive range of accommodation, which also includes 8,000 m² of floor space according to the funding programs of the city of Frankfurt am Main and the state of Hesse. The Frankfurt skyline will be redefined with the four towers, which are up to 228 meters high.

How tall will the tallest tower be? It's 228 + 2 big floors.

Unfortunately, we don't know the height with technology floors.

Probably 233-235m

I hope Frankfurt soon gets another building taller than Commerzbank Tower (couldn't they have made this one 30 meters taller?), it's been 20 years since its completion! Nevertheless, this project sounds great and the renders make it look AMAZING! Hope to see it rise soon!

Edit: I meant making the tallest building in Four Frankfurt 30 meters taller, not the Commerzbank Tower.

Too bad it was built way before 1WTC, so "let's call the antenna a spire" wasn't yet a thing.

that wouldn't even make it taller . i am not sure if a real supertall would fit in this Skyline. That would create strange proportions

yeah but it's still 300m to the antenna top, just take the highest occupied floor, its at 200m approx., so by far no "real" supertall. for me a real supertall has an occupied floor over 300m , like in moscow.

A real supertall is 300m+ tall and 50% of its height is habitable floors. Ask the guys who invented the term supertall, they know best what's real.

Lol. No one "knows best" when it comes to arbitrary definitions like that. The only reason why one particular definition is made "official" is because the supporters of that particular definition have the biggest mouths and the deepest pockets.

"Lol." No, they do know best, because they created the term. So they do know best how it is defined. The definition might be arbitrary, but it is their arbitrary definition. Whether you use it or not is entirely your choice, but when you do, you will have to go by the definition of who created the term. Simple, just like all other such definitions, see "dwarf planet" created in 2006, you can disagree with it, but then don't use the term and give it your own definition for no reason and without anything to back it up.

All other building definitions you might have a point, but when it comes to a term that one organisation single-handed created, then that organisation that created it does indeed know its definition better than anyone. Logic, you know? It's like arguing what a true Big Mac is and you're claiming McDonalds wouldn't know best. Like seriously?
