Nice place for a residential, so close to the water.

I have a feeling this will ruin the skyline of Canary Wharf seen from the waterside.

Bland and rather unelegant boxy design there. If that's what they call the pride of London...

Erbse has so much jelousy and bitterness for London success lol.

Don't be sad erbse, I'm sure one day in the future, frankfurt will also be able to build quality and great design towers, and when it does, I will be happy for it as I always have been.
Are you not happy that, at least one, eu city is booming, and has top quality projects going up
I hope for frankfurt or any other german/eu city to achieve a similar success as london, in skyscrapers and everythint else, and i am sending frankfurt all the positive energy I have for it
Gotta say erbse; i never thought I would see a German with a brisavoine complex, you're better than that dude

We don't need your energy

It's has a modest yet elegant, being so close to the water will give it a more massive look from certain perspectives like in the rendering...

You're being ridiculous aren't you. I greatly appreciate London. It's one of our greatest assets in Europe (no EU sentiments included).

That's why I don't want it to be ruined by such random shite. Btw, since years I maintain one of the largest London project threads outside the City/Metro and the London forum itself probably, go check for yourself if I'm "full of jealousy and bitterness" for London.

In addition, Frankfurt clearly has some of the best towers of Europe (both existing and U/C) and is among the top 3 skylines of the continent. Go check for yourself.

A bit late to the party here, but no matter - au contraire, this (and the other river side buildings) will help transform CW from arguably a 'business park' to a true urban centre. The view, particularly from the west will be enhanced.
Note, what you see as a bland box I see as a nod to 'simple' mid-century modernism.
