If it's 70 floors, the taller one could most likely be more than 250m considering how luxurious Ayalaland is touting it to be.

and I've read somewhere that they're building only 240 apartments in there (each with an indoor swimming pool.)

I love that podium, and it will be interesting to see if there will be a connecting glass walkway above that intersection towards Ayala Tower Two or the new Mandarin Oriental.

COCKTALES | Ayala prices Park Central penthouse at - gulp! - P477M
By: Victor C. Agustin
July 22, 2016 6:23 AM

Quote:
Less than two years after it sold a Fort penthouse for a record P200 million, Ayala Land is back with a bigger bang, offering a slightly smaller unit in Makati but at more than double the price.

The three-level, 1,354-square-meter penthouse of the 70-storey Park Central South Tower -- 46 sqm smaller than the East Gallery Place penthouse at the Fort -- has just been priced at, don't faint now, P477 million.

At that price level, only the Zobels and a few taipans could spare the cash to literally live on top of everyone else.

Even the smallest units, at 139 sqm, two-bedroom cuts, already range at P33 million, one tandem parking slot included.

The first of the two Park Central Towers that will rise from the ruins of the Mandarin hotel, the south tower pricing makes the still unfinished neighbor, Two Roxas Triangle, look like a bargain or a poor cousin.

When launched nearly three years ago, Two Roxas Triangle priced its standard 302-sqm cuts at P42 million, three parking slots included.

Across the estero, a similar-sized apartment at Park Central South Tower would already cost around P80 million, with only two parking slots included.

Great spot. This will be towering over the area.

Yeah I think it makes sense to connect the retail podiums/malls of both AGTN and PCT like Greenbelt and Ayala Center on the other end of Makati Avenue.

I am excited for that whole stretch of Makati Avenue - big acacia trees on both sides of the street; luxury pedestrian shopping (Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, etc.); luxury dining and accommodations (Raffles Hotel, Fairmont Hotel, Shangri-la Makati, The Peninsula Manila, Somerset); The Ayala Museum; and now these!

Looks like quite a gap to traverse though.

240 apartments in each tower, or 240 apartments total? Judging by the large size of the towers, the complex would have contained a lot more apartment units if it were in any other city. I'm betting with each of them having their own swimming pool (which I think is a rarity in this world), these apartments are going to be very large (like, over 3,000 sq ft/300 sq m).

I think it's for each tower. There are new reports which say that only the bigger apartments will have a swimming pool though and unit sizes range from about 138 sq m (~1,500 sq ft) to about 1,635 sq m (~17,599 sq ft) for the penthouses. All these will be confirmed when this project will be officially launched in September but pre-sales commitments have already reached 40% take-up.

Yeah, but nothing a cable-stayed pedestrian bridge can't traverse hehe. (wishing, dreaming lol)

According to this, there are about 57 apartments with private pools:
