NEW YORK | 70 Vestry street | 14 fl | U/C

New Renderings For 70 Vestry Street, Robert A.M. Stern’s TriBeCa Condos
http://newyorkyimby.com/2016/04/new-...ca-condos.html

Quote:
In February, public records revealed that Related expects to rake in $700 million from selling condos at 70 Vestry Street, the 14-story building under construction next to the West Side Highway in TriBeCa. Now, we have a slew of new renderings for the limestone-clad development.

Those are some of the cleanest renderings I've ever seen (minus the last one, obviously). The materials seem like they'll be top notch.

I like that he uses black windows this time. They look more elegant.

Robert A.M. Stern-Designed 70 Vestry Street is Now 60% Sold; Occupancy Slated for 2018
January 14, 2017
Quote:
Robert A.M Stern’s elegantly designed and highly anticipated 70 Vestry Street is set for completion in 2018 but is already over 60% sold, according to Related Companies, including the $400 million of luxury residences currently under contract. Over the course of seven months, sales have reached more than $250 million and in the process the building has achieved the record of having more deals over $10 million than any of the other pricey downtown developments. 70 Vestry Street is located in the Tribeca neighborhood and is notably located on the last undeveloped parcel of riverfront property. Once complete, 70 Vestry will stand 14 stories and house 46 condominiums, and only 14 unsold units remain.

Real Estate Highlights: Take a look at 70 Vestry's $65 million Penthouse
March 1, 2017
Quote:
Today the Related Sales/Corcoran Sunshine team released one of 70 Vestry’s two palatial penthouses. The three-floor abode designed by Robert A.M. Stern and Daniel Romualdez will comprise a whopping 7,808 square feet of indoor space PLUS with 3,687 square feet of private outdoor space. The unit would shatter the downtown condo sale record set by Ruppert Murdoch's penthouse in One Madison.

The cladding looks amazing. I also like the view from the other side of the river, it fits NYC perfectly.
