Gargash Tower launched
Dubai: The Gargash Tower complex, comprising a 23-storey building and 9 multi-storey villas, was launched yesterday. The prestigious Dubai Marina will be the site of Gargash Tower, a multi-residential development on an extensive podium. A continuous waterside promenade will be built around the podium where showrooms, shopping outlets, restaurants, cafes and other services will contribute to the leisurely atmosphere. The complex will be built on more than 65,000 square feet, with the buildings comprising 228,000 square feet. It will have 173 parking lots with direct access to the residential and commercial areas. It is likely to be completed by the end of 2006. The main structure will consist of 19 spacious one-bedroom, 39 two-bedroom and 19 three-bedroom apartments with broadband internet access, satellite television and 24-hour security besides an on-the-premise maintenance team.

"construction start:2005 construction end: 2005..." that would be cool... perhaps..one time with a 10 floor... want more information... 26 floor not that small. i guess it will be next to timeplace or near that... Btw gargash...istn that the mercedes seller too... |

Isn't the marina just for towers, how are they goin to have villas there? I'd take it if they're part of one project, then they'll use the same location cause they can't be seperate.

look at time place or marina towers.
they are near the base of the towers itself. you can see on the renders of those two. |

right, the marina will have hundreds of villas and townhouses at the feet of the towers
but you can't call it a villa i think. they are not freestanding, sometimes they are 3 floor buildings with separate apartments on each floor. townhouse is the better description for these buldings. i guess they just call them villas due to the size

timeplace are 120sqm.... so no villa at all...
but marinahomes in marinascape are nice...! would love to live in such a villa... but the good ones are near penthouse prices... there are cheaper ones too, marina villas for example, but they are next to the street so i guess you will hear supply trucks every morning... |

Now I realise we don't have a render for this tower.
I have actually seen it, they have a 3ft x 5ft board exposed on Gargash Center in Deira. I can say that the tower will be the dullest ever in that aerea. It is dull even by Deira standarts. |
