We should probably mention: alacati, sirince, foca, bozcaada, Ortakoy in Trabzon, Ayvalik were (almost exclusively) greek towns. So were the towns in Cappadocia.

Safranbolu, Amasya, odunpazari were mixed.

Birgi was a Turkish beylik capital.

Other towns that could be on this list: Tire, bergama, gokceada, alanya, kas, kayakoy, antep, sille (konya), Ordu, etc

Awesome places, doguorsi2! I wish we have preserved more of this architecture in the Balkans. I will contribute to this thread by presenting the Prince Islands near Istanbul, one of my favourite areas in Turkey.
