Amezing! Love these buildings, especially the Wholesale towers! And what is the name of that building over the Renault towers? Israel looking really good, im going for a visit there in two weeks

edit: do you maybe have photos of the new Ben Gurion Airport?

Tel Aviv south kirya compound project








Area: 109 dunams.
● There will be 495,000 square meters of offices, commerce, residence and hotel kipping.
● 390,000 square meters are designated for employment.
● There will be 40,000 square meters of hotel kipping.
● 650 residential units will be built.
● All the towers will surround a park in a size of 40 dunams with 40 renovated buildings inside it.
● Most of the towers will be in height of more than 100 meters, apparently, two among of them will be in height of 200 to 220 meters.
● The cost of the project: 400 million dollars.
● The initiator: Tel Aviv municipality and Israel Lands Authority.

● State: two among of all the tower are completed (Platinium tower and Millennium tower) and two others are under construction (The Government tower and State Comptroller tower). The construction in the area will be carried out in phases, today many works for infrastructure improving and preparing the compound for towers constructions are being made in the area.

apartments were sold by 2.75 million $ each.

● Location: the corner of Yehuda Halevy and Hertzel Street.

● The cost of the project: 50 million dollars.
● Built area: 22,000 square meters.
● A car parking with 240 parking places will be built.
● Area: 4 dunams.
● The project includes a renovation of a building.
● The headquarters building will be destroyed, and instead of it, the tower will be built.

● State: Under construction.

Dolphinarium Towers





● Two towers, One is in height of 36 floors, 105 meters (344 ft) and the second is in height of 26 floors, 75 meters (246 ft) (estimated heights).

● Location: near the sea, Herbert Samuel Street, close to the Textile compound.

● Initiator: Yosef Buchman.
● The towers will be built close to the Dolphinarium.
● Architect: Rotman Raz architects.
● Area: 12 dunams.
● The Dolphinarium compound will be destroyed, and instead it an open public park will be built, and the beach promenade will be expanded.
● Designation: residence, hotel kipping and commerce.
● The hotel, which will be in one of the towers, will contain about 460 rooms and an area of about 32,000 square meters.
● There will be 230 residential units.
● There will be 2,000 square meters of commerce.

● State: approved

new 244 m Elite 1 tower to be built.
just across Jabutinsky road (Ramat-Gan) in front of city gate tower ,Elite industrys sold
there old factory site to investors group who plans to build anew 65 fl.tower.
