● Location: near Ayalon highway, not far from Levinstein tower, 18 Haheresh Street.

● Initiator: Ya'akov Angel.
● Built area: 40,000 square meters.
● The cost of the project: 100 million dollars.
● Area: 7 dunams.
● There will be 4 floors of underground parking.
● Designation: offices and commerce.

● State: approved

Klalit Health fund, the largest health organisation in Israel with 3.8 million customers, 32,000 workers and an annual turnover of 4 Billion US$, has announced plans to sell
and develop some of its real estate in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan.

The Main Headquarter's parking lot, situated between Remez Street and Arlozorov Street, is planned for a 31 storey tower with 120 apartments and 7 underground parking basements. The plan, according to Ha'aretz newspaper, has been approved by the L.P.C but has been contested in courts. Expected revenue from the lot is estimated at 15 million US$, which will go towards funding the construction of new health clinics.

Another plan proposes 3 office towers in a lot currently housing the Klalit Fund Supply center in Begin Road. The Towers will total 56,000 square meters of office space, a deal estimated at 45 million US$ in a combination deal in which 24,000 square meters will be allocated to the Klalit Fund's offices.

● Part of a complex called "Savyonei Ramat Aviv".

● Location: Ramat Aviv neighborhood.

first international bank tower

● Height: 32 floors above the ground,130 meters. (423 ft)

● Location: Rotchild Boulevard, Yavne and Shadal Streets, between Elrov tower and America-Israel bank tower.

● There was another plan to build the tower 155 meters height, (508 ft) it's unknown which of the plans will be implemented. The building was apparently lowered and it will be built in height of 129.3 meters. (423 ft)
● Style: modern
● Designation: offices, the headquarters of the inter-national bank will be located in the tower.
● There will be 28,000 square meters of office space.
● Area:3 dunams.
● The cost of the project: 50 million dollars.
● Two buildings will be renovated.
● 7 floors of underground parking will be built.

● A square will be built at the foot of the tower.
● An old building for renovating will be combined with the lobby. the building will be used for public activity, like museum or art gallery.
● Architect: Pei, Kob, Fred and partners with a cooperation of Nir Kutz architects.


● State: under construction.

● The project includes a renovation of a building.
● The headquarters building will be destroyed, and instead of it, the tower will be built.

● State: Under construction.

● Location: Rotchild boulevard, Alenbi Street, close to America-Israel bank tower.

● Area:1 dunam.
● The cost of the project: 50 million dollars.
● Architects: IBK and "Barali Levitzki and Kasif".
● The first 25 floors will be rented by banks, and the floors above them will be prestigious apartments.
● With the construction of Rotchild Plaza, a main square will be built too.


● State: proposed.
