yes it does. I worked in Changzhou before and Changzhou is closer to Urban Wuxi than Jiangyin is. If we talk about the Wuxi skyline and cityscape, buildings in Jiangyin and Huaxi have no influence on it. I don't know what we should do with thread titles in situations like this though, we don't seem to have a ruling this. Another thread we have does have Jiangyin in the title, it's a tough call with clear advantages (it just fits more to what you would consider a city's skyline) and disadvantages (titles of chinese cities feature cities that are known by even less people than they are already), just wish we would do it uniformly and have a clear ruling on this.

Indeed it's problematic. If we follow the exact definition this building belongs to Wuxi. But on the other hand you're absolutely right with the fact that its place is far away from that what a visitor would call Wuxi. Perhaps we handle this like our gaoloumi folks, they have this building in their Wuxi Thread. I know this solution isn't really satisfying but they other way is also a fix solution. Perhaps we should make the title clearer in these cases: Wuxi - Jiangyin - building name.
