China have a important developmente recently...i think than will be the first economy in the world cooming soon!
When...i hope have a lotof money for travel to China...and meet his culture, his past and his future!!

Hi everybody,

I am a student that has a final project which consists in creating a web page with the most significant information to do bussiness with a country or a city. This porject is oriented to trade and foreign investment and is totally school related (no profit or bussiness involved at all). Me and my group of students have chosen Shanghai, and since there are wonderfull pictures of this city in this place I wonder if you mind if I take some of those pictures to include them in my presentation demo.

As soon as I finish the demo I will post the link, so you will be able to acces to it. It will be in spanish and english, since the project is from a university in Barcelona (Spain). Hope you don't mind if I borrow a couple of pictures. If you know about a place where I can get some more pictures (copyrights free) and information about Shanghai, please write me a private message to my ssc account. I thought the reason was already well known---

--but, Hong Kong was a British colony until 1997. Shanghai was not. In England they drive on the wrong--er--left side of the road, thus when cars were introduced to the world, Hong Kong naturally had to adopt this strange English tradition.

I´ve seen some pictures on airliners net. of the second terminal of shanghai pudong airport.
Unfortunatley they were quite bad, as they were in the background of some aircrafts...

could somebody post newer pics? or maybe even open up an PVG-Terminal 2 construction thread?

Absolutely one of the most impressive cities in the World. Certainly the next on my visit-list. Maybe at the beginning next year, with some other friends of The Dutch forum. We already visited Frankfurt, Hong Kong & New York together.
