Great news and delight to see!
What about the building to the right? Is it a renovation, a reconstruction or a new construction?

A couple of years? It will take at least about 20 years for the copper to develop patina. Nowadays it takes longer than some decades ago since there isn't as much any acid rain anymore.

Gorgeous! Great to see this happen.

Hopefully one day the Dom's towers can also be properly restored in similar fashion.
