Houston developer confirms plans for second luxury apartment tower in Galleria area

Quote:
Brandt Bowden, Hanover’s managing partner for capital markets, told the Houston Business Journal in an email that the developer intends to break ground on Hanover Boulevard Place this year, though the exact date for the construction start is yet to be determined.

“The exact timing for construction is challenging to confirm at this time given the uncertainty in the lending markets,” Bowden said in an email. “Capital flow into Houston remains extremely restricted. We are very excited about the project despite the current environment that we see in Houston.”

Site Preparation Begins for Hanover BLVD Place

Quote:
Houston's Uptown business district boasts a contemporary skyline that could rival that of most American cities. Centred around Post Oak Boulevard and located roughly ten kilometres west of the downtown core, the district's abundant cluster of office buildings includes the 275-metre Williams Tower, the third tallest tower in the city. Newly completed projects like the BHP Billiton Tower are adding more density to this vibrant hub, just as developers like Hanover Company look to cement their legacy in the neighbourhood.
