Beautiful! It will be a residential tower, or mixed?

The best in Toronto it is, they are building good buildings throughout the city (not just in the center).

toronto is rather unique in that way, it has highrises scattered across the city. Missisauga (a suburb) as a better skyline than many american cities of more than a million people. humber shores (where this will go) isn't easy to go up against either. then there are around 20 mini-skylines scattered across the city ranging from 50-150m in height.

This will feel even taller considering where it's going.

It gets roundly lambasted in the Toronto section too. These marketing departments must think we're all morons.

A canadian firm called Zeidler. They also designed trump toronto, which was a complete disaster. I personally have higher hopes for this one. their website is here: http://www.zeidlerpartnership.com/

Trump Tower is many things, but at least it's not boring and sterile like Bay-Adelaide.

This looks great. Soon we'll start talking about the Etobicoke skyline. (Pronounced: E-toe-be-co)
