The first phase - the 26 storey tower has sold out.
Construction for the 26 storey tower begins this fall.

Shoring has commenced: Transformation has begun.
The transition from the seemingly high-tech Dundas Square to the stretch of
parking lots in this area always felt a bit awkward.
A welcome change indeed.
