The biggest observation weel in the world to be built in Abu-Dhabi, UAE.

Abu-dhabi the capital city of the united arab emirates to host the biggest observation weel in the world .... with a hight of 600 feet and at a cost of 750 million AED (208 million dollars).the development contains a mall and a hotel.
the United arab emirates will also host the biggest observation weel in the middle east and the first of its kind in Asia, which is getting built now in sharjah .. another city in the same country .... Dubai is a city in the same country too, but with no observation weel yet.

Looks shorter than 600ft but then it's just a rendering. It looks unique and the design sheds off the "mechanical look"

Isn't this strange 'Mine is bigger than yours' need of UAE a bit of a sign of insecurity? Ah well... looks cool anyway.

Looks interesting, it's good it's in Abu Dhabi, cause everythin else is in Dubai. Not bad 27 mins for one revolution.

sees like one part of the project is a tower
look at all the balconies!

a residential tower and a wheel in one structure, that's cool!

What a bizarre design, the Montreal Olympic stadium meets the London Eye!

This will rank as one of the really dumb projects proposed in this era, it would be incredibly questionable to waste the world's resources building anything as ridiculous as this! Who is the great mind behind this?

Whoever it is are bloody stupid ... why would anyone pay 20 or whatever to spend half of the trip looking out onto the ocean and the rest, to a desert.

the redesigned cornice
al nayan mosque (one of the world's largest)
emirates palace hotel (world's 2nd 7-star hotel)
several malls
downtown
(those who live in abu dhabi could give us a better list)

and with all the stuff being built it will soon have many things to visit

the emirates dubai & abu dhabi geographically grow together more and more
distance to dubai is a 1-hour drive, but there will be a high-speed rail system to be announced over the next months, linking the gulf countries

Why is in a completly different place in some of the renderings?

In most it's out to sea but in some it's on the mainland.
