The east and west sides look great, the north side facing the street not so much.

I noticed that fencing has been erected around the soon to be demolished buildings on this site.

How are people going to get their Tim Hortons coffee now? On another note, that Dundas East canyon rendering is looking impressive. The street car lanes bookended by Dundas Square are appealing visual cues.

Well, that was my first thought also though I never much cared for that particular Tim's. Always seemed a bit daggy to me with some very dodgy customers.

I guess we can look forward to both the Grid and the project directly north across the street (Dundas Gardens?) rising at the same time.

Dodgy people are having fewer and fewer options these days. Might we have a 3rd tower rise at the same time but to the south of the Grand? I'm sure I noticed news about that lot somewhere.
