Pictures taken today by forumer Javo2808 shows better views of the site.

This first picture shows clearly the ramp which will serve underground parking garages located under both Mitikah tower and Mitikah office tower.

The following picture shows work currently in process for a similar residential tower like the one already done.

This one has been said that it could turn to a 300m+ tower, but just rumors. The other two that are also rumors are KOI in Monterrey (currently under excavation) and Puerta Reforma (this last one seems to be the most promising one to be over 300m).

Two elegant towers of two great architects.Mexico City might not have a lot of skyscrapers, but all of these U/C at the same time are a work of art.

Just love this project!

These towers would be surrounded by one of the greenest areas of Mexico City.

it is going to be the tallest but maybe for 1 year.. until puerta reforma is finished... and we have rumors that the project of santander tower is alive so, probably 2 or 3 supertalls in the future (KOI in Monterrey)

Hopefully! As far as i knew, Santander was trying to sell the entire project to other investors. The lot is already there, and so are the designs, it just needs to be build. I'm hoping it is because that would finally mean that tall skyscraper are not just build next to Torre Mayor.

Sorry people, i've been busy with school lately. Anyways, here's an update from today by the fellow forumer Para-noir

As you can see in this picture they've excavated a giant hole already for the main tower. This hole is probably somewhere around 10 stories deep, i say that by comparing the who to the excavator next to it.
