Quite obviously yes, and I won't be surprised if the others were as well to enhance the colours at minimum.

I don't get why some photographers enchance the colours to the extreme. The pic looks nice though I notice a bit of a grain.

It's alright. Though I've seen alot of HK postcards where the skyline is a bit enchanced.

Anyway, here's one I shot in Tin Hau with an EOS 350-D

Though I used Photoshop to modify the colours a bit but didn't use the extreme style. The only thing is some parts of the image ended up grainy especially the sky.

That's the North Point waterfront, not Tin Hau. Tin Hau is further inland where the temple is, on which the road bears the same name heading up to Braemar Hill.
