Hong Kong does [unless you're counting that as South-east Asia, in which case carry on].

Personally, I prefer Tokyo's.

I prefer even KL and Chongqing over Shanghai. For some reason I find Shanghai's also a bit manufactured. Not nearly as bad as Dubai, but enough to turn me off.

I think Jakarta is underrated, It looks pretty dense there.

Many people always answer Singapore, KL, Manila, and Bangkok only for best (Southeast) Asian cities, but IMO Jakarta is definitely comparable to those cities, esp. to Bangkok and Manila...

GO Jakarta!!

Here's how I see ASEAN cities and their US counterparts

SINGAPORE - MIAMI
KUALA LUMPUR - BOSTON
BANGKOK - LOS ANGELES
MANILA - NEW YORK
JAKARTA - HOUSTON

Hmmm..interesting, could you explain further, I'm intrigued..
I've always thought of Manila as more like of LA, well maybe because of the lifetyle and to some extent the culture, but not necessarily the skyline..
Bangkok and LA= because they are both called the city of angels??

Yeah, seeing the pictures of Manila above does hold some semblance to Manhattan, especially the first pic of Makati CBD.
