Singapore skyline look so called 'amazing' because all building are centered.
but if those building are scattered away..Singapore skyline doesn't look impressive.

Bangkok,KL..Manila skylines will look even better than Singapore if all their buildings are centralized.

surely, if you put together all the skyscrapers in each SEA capital city, you'd get skylines better than Toronto!

by looking at the number of apartments build in SG it's pretty obvious they have a skyline across the entire country Same thing goes to HK.

SG has a well known centralised skyline at the Marina Bay area - it's well known because u can see it printed very frequently. KL has the PTT and KL Tower that is very dominating. Makati is like an unknown American city because many buildings there share some common characteristics.

No offence but after seeing soo many pics from Jakarta and Bangkok, I dont really see a building or a notable skyline that I can remember... the only thing that reminds me of Bangkok is Baiyoke Tower.

You know better than to post that.

Although, I like this plan better than the new, current one.

and the oscar goes to...

Most Impressive: Hong Kong
Most Beautiful: Singapore
Most intercontinental: Istanbul
but seriously, greatest mix of tradition and modern architecture: Istanbul

Then again, Asia has too many beautiful skylines. Your should SHARE with the rest of the world!

Yea Singapore's skyscrapers are everywhere. From the private apartment towers / office towers at Orchard area to Newton / Novena and the public housing towers. Just need to show them more often. Hehe..
