I love it. I saw a programme on it on the Science Channel, about those subway commercials that you can always see no matter how fast you go!

Line 4 (blue) has a futuristic design perhaps because it is the newest one, but older lines are being redesigned into the same style.
I read a post someone did not like the trains. That is due to pictures showed the older light blue square-front trains built in the 1970s and 1980s. As you may realize there are three train models: the oldest ones, those resembling the trains that serve Meteor Line in Paris, and those serving Line 4 (red front and gray painted).

the stations are wonderful, ones of the best i've ever seen, espesialy the blue light is sooo nice, and the trains of the L4 are very fine, grey with those cute signs red and orange on the side.

It more and more seems to me that Santiago belongs to the world's most beautiful systems, along with Stockholm, Moscow, Montréal, Washington, Athens, Paris, St Petersburg, Prague etc.

BTW strange that it's often the Blue lines that are the best... True for Stockholm, Montréal, and obviously for Santiago as well...

Excellent photos Oscar. The design of line 4 emphasizes by on the others of the world when incorporating bold mixtures of light and architecture of first level ordered by Metro S.A. to diverse consulting companies.
