That is not an accurate image. I don't know why cityplace is hosting that pic because the towers will be shorter in reality. There appears to be 7 towers above 500ft, when in reality there is probably 3 planned.

^Distance perception is the reason behind their "skewed" heights.

"Appear" is the keyword.
The fact is that the towers of the financial district.. Scotia Plaza, FCP, BCE, etc. appear to be short because they are further from the waterfront than the cityplace towers.

If you look at the current picture.. HVE 2 at 500ft looks taller than the gold coloured Royal Bank Plaza at 591 ft.

I'm glad to know Cityplace has you fooled~~ Goes to show it works.
HVE is probably the next tallest tower after Signature, assuming it gets built. West ONE will be equivalent or a little shorter then HVE.

Probably because they haven't released the real height yet, all we know is it's 53 floors. Or maybe because they're just too lazy :P

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about but HVE has already reached full height. Or are you implying if Signature will get built or not, which I'm pretty sure it will in another 7 or 8 years maybe, depending on when they choose to market it.
WestOne is said to be 49 floors, same as HVE II but I remember hearing that they changed it to 55 floors or something but I'm not sure. That's what it says on SSP: http://www.skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=9983

Here's a render of it with a sky garden pool, in the middle of the building:

Also, I'm assuming that the next tallest tower in the remaining Cityplace towers will be 45 floors and the rest lower. But's that just my prediction, nothing official yet.

I can't believe you never heard of it before. It's rising just south of the Yonge and Eglinton intersection. I will eventually be joing by a 524 ft. tower north of it called The Pointe @ Minto Midtown.

Man there are just so many projects going up. Its hard to pick which is my fav. I think i like cityplace right now because it will have the largest impact on the skyline. However i love the design and height of the sapphire tower. If/when that is built that will become a landmark. When people think of Toronto they will think of the CN tower and the Sapphire Tower. Then again the Trump Tower will bring prestige to the city because of the name behind it. Its just amazing to have all these projects going up around the same time. Overnight T.O's skyline will seem to transform. Its great!!!

The newly re-designed Sapphire Tower. Yes, the shorter cyclinder is gone and is replaced by a rectangular building, with a terraced top:
