Palazzo Doria-Spinola, Genoa, Italy.

It was constructed between 1541 and 1543 with a design by Giovanni Battista Castello and Bernardino Cantone. The broken corner was made in the late 19th century in order to clear the building of the new Via Roma street that was made next door.

Thanks for the examples of colonial Renaissance buildings, I was going to ask if there are any.

There's one proper Renaissance building well kept in my home town of Bistrita, Transylvania: the "house of the silversmith", originally a Gothic house that was later restyled by Renaissance architect Petrus Italus da Lugano in the mid 16th century. He also built the Western facade of the parochial church that can be seen in the background.

The building now hosts a local museum of Sachsen (Saxon) civilisation of Transylvania.
