Last update probably for this thread. The final product. Not too bad - the glass is horribly cheap though and definately shows tons of oil-canning.

I hope that Loyola eventually redevelops its law school building at State and Pearson. I never liked that squat, bland building...box-like with blank walls of brick.

Perhaps one day they will replace it with a beautiful high-rise. One can hope.

perhaps, but from that pic, geoff, the effect looks pretty damn cool. the visual chaos the glass creates is quite interesting. it may not be clean and tidy, but messy isn't always bad.

Man I have to go down Pearson and check out this development and the Old People 's hom,e as well.....I haven't been down to my alma mater's DT campus in quite awhile.....I wish this stuff was happening when I was there quite a while ago.

By the way how is the Old Person's home doing ( I am blanking on the name right now??)

They moved the law school to 25 E. Pearson, and 1 E. Pearson is now the Business School.
