Beautiful thread ! Here's my choice

Torre de la Creu

- Architect: Josep Maria Jujol i Gibert

- Location: Sant Joan Despí, Catalonia, Spain

- Year: 1916

In my opinion, a great example of Art Nouveau (catalan modernisme) stairs.

None of these pictures are mine, credits go to their respective authors.

One of the most beautiful staircases in The Netherlands must be the one in De Bijenkorf department store, The Hague, built in Amsterdam School style:

Here's more photos, I've come across them recently. Looks more like some sort of platform to me, but a very lovely example indeed.

It's a staircase without steps.

Trinità dei Monti steps, Rome

The steps were built in 1723-1726 by the architect Francesco De Sanctis. The steps, in travertine, are arranged in a series of 11 ramps (each ramp being made up of 12 single steps).
Along their sinuous upward path, these flights of steps diverge and converge and are interrupted by balustrade structures.

The Scala Regia is a spiral staircase in Palazzo Farnese (Caprarola, 50 km north of Rome), designed by Vignola in the 16th century.
The original pentagonal fortress was designed by Antonio da Sangallo (the Younger) and Baldassare Peruzzi.
