These buildings would look so nice in Sochi, but of course, Sochi isnīt as urbanised as Moscow, so for the developer is more convenient to build such a project in Moscow. However, I donīt understand why cities like Sochi or Krasnodar arenīt more urbanised. Russians want to live in cities where winter takes 6 months a year, like Moscow or Saint Petersburg?

It's more on the Art installation, which in the future will understand and forget about her, but not on quality, and beautiful from an architectural point of view, skyscrapers.

Sochi and Krasnodar - is the South of Russia, there are good conditions for growing crops, so people prefer to live in low-rise suburbs and keep household

Looks like a schoolgirl who wears all the most trendy and expensive items for the prom but still ends up being tacky

1) Pretty much centralized money-flow and thus very unequal possibilities for career-development
2) If you have money for relatively expensive property - why would you urbanize (especially in sub-tropical climate, speaking about Sochi) instead of having your private piece of land with no one above, below or behind the wall? Especially if you are already have a flat in a 6 month of winter city.

in Russia basically everywhere winter takes 6 months a year

I'm not convinced by this design...it all depends on how it'll look like in reality...now it does look like kitsch I'd say. and also the location looking at the photos posted looks not so much appropriate...it's kind of normal outskirt with small and old residential buildings in an area which is not so densely urbanized. but anyway interesting, let's see

The location is actually pretty good,it is located at a large intersection of a main highway that links to MIBC so it could have a very cool synergy effect on the skyline.

Very brave sci-fi mega project. The renderings do not show its uniqueness.

There are 5 million people in Krasnodar region, and 5 million in Stavropol - though these lands are just one vast cultivated field or mountains. And people really move there (and now to Crimea also), but not in very big numbers...

And yes, Russian don't see a big problem in living in the cold lands. Look at the map of Siberia...
