There are also some serious plans to replace the outdated '90 "Ilmet" high-rise (building with the Mercedes logo on the right from Varso) with a massive 188 tower called Warsaw One so this perspective should change in the near future.

Wow, props to Poland for having something this nice-looking come up. Not too flashy, not too dull.

I think it's big zoom from this building, but it's residental so unless u own a flat there or know someone it may be tricky to get in

Nothing special, can't say why. In my opinion, the design could have been better.

Lovely sky park and tapering towards the top. i also like the offset of the spire to one corner this is quite unusual.

Too bad the now-finished Q22 is not in this photo.

Parking Lot

My only issue, is why they are leaving that boring flat parking lot next to the building. Seems a waste.

It's not their plot of land.

Congratulations Warsaw! Such a great project! I'm quite happy with the development we have here in Tallinn but I really envy you because of that fabulous development project.

History of Poland, like of many other countries, is long and complicated. The Palace of Culture is part of that difficult and complicated history and remains the symbol of Warsaw whether you like it or not. I can't simply imagine Warsaw without it. I am glad Varso will become its next neighbor. Their antennas will compete for the clouds

Nice tower. Specially the viewing terraces will be great.
Could be a bit higher like 250 meters because for me it is only 230 meters. The spire doesnt count.

Anyway it is nice to see that a lot of new projects are being built in warsaw. Compared to other european cities where the skyline hasnt changed much in the last 10 years. If you check the skyline of asian cities 10 years ago you wont recognize them at all...
