It may seem eye-catching for you the first time you'll see it! But the more you looked at it, the more you'll find it a bit dull specially the circular top composing the spires with red painted roof top! But anyhow, I like the colour shades of the facade. It looks elegant. I always see this tower over and over again whenever I go shopping downtown. And this building really stands out here in Qingdao.
