The entire Washington DC/Baltimore area doesn't appear to have a great skyline but they seem like very nice cities overall. I'm guessing the non-existence of a tall CBD area has led to the formation of multiple nodes throughout the region, which I actually prefer compared to the traditional American/Canadian model of a singular centralized node and a sea of low-density everywhere else.

BTW, they also have a very nice baseball park for a city that small.

It's true that Baltimore's skyline never reflected it's population, even when it had greater national prominence. Baltimore is lucky though to be one of not a huge list of American cities that has a more impressive residential building stock and quiltwork of neighborhoods than a great skyline.

Its skyline gets pluses for its density, though!

It reminds me of a larger Hamilton. It's got a beautifully rich built form, although all I can think of when someone says Baltimore is Divine.
