I don't really like the buildings in miami, i mean, the residential ones... but then again, it's very difficult to find great designs in residential towers.

And there are still two skylines missing in your pics, Brickellresidence.

I'd say 450' at best, maybe/probably even less than that based on general residential floor heights.

Don't always trust the drawings in the diagrams. People make a lot of mistakes on those, often by a full 100'. (or some totally weird amount)

The 2 shorter towers are Turnberry Ocean Colony and both are 37 floors with minimum floor heights of 10' feet and max 12' feet, these aren't your ordinary residential towers. Emporis has them at 434' feet and with the round crown - top I get it, SSP has the Trumps over 500' feet, either way the Trumps are over 500' feet or damn close to it but not 450' feet. 450 is the T/O Chateau Beach Tower and clearly the Trumps are way taller. Btw if you lived here you would see but being you don't I understand your point.

Also Trumps are not 40 floors they are 46

I also rely on this having been my hobby for 40 years. SSP simply corroborates what I see. The dark blue building on the far left is Regalia, which is listed at 485 feet.

And the ones you are discussing are on the far right? They do look pretty close. I could see the 3 triplets also being around 485', although I don't think they are taller than Regalia. It's still tough to tell since they are on opposite sides of that picture. Based on the new info I'll change my estimate to ~485. Don't think they quite tip 500', but maybe, and definitely closer than I thought.

Any way you can crop the very left side of the pic and paste it onto the right side? Might be easier to compare, might not work at all.

I counted the floors a few times and it looks like they are fudging that slightly. The main section is 39 floors (visible windows) with what appears to be 4 floors of podium. So that's 43, plus the white part on top, which is no bigger than 2 more floors but seems to only contain the mechanicals based on the pictures. I guess if they include that as 2, and wipe out the 13th floor, it would give the 46.

Mexico and Mexico city are great love them both, the city is massive in size and population, but based on its population the skyline is no bueno, you can post all the picks you want but for it to get better its going take time, a whole lot of time, plus all the projects you talk about and then some more

Mexico City isn't even in my top 10 today, but I could see it climbing into my top 4 15-20 years from now.

Yeah, well Mexico City has never been a vertical city, it's an old city, the downtown was influenced by old european cities. Plus, most of the people prefer to live in houses rather than tall buildings.

It's a flat city, but that's changing, in this photo you can see the skyline growing and gaining some density.

Quite right. Btw, I imagine most people everywhere prefer to live in houses over tall buildings. People buy what they can afford and what makes the most sense. People opt for tall condos because they don't have $500,000+ for a run down house (which is what you need at a bare minimum in many cities). Want a nice house that isn't an hour commute from downtown and you're looking at $1 million+.
