Some folk love Toronto and Boston on here

Where are the pics of Cincy, Stl , Minny , Nashville , Charlotte , Indy ect ? Be good to make comparisons.

Agree with a poster above re LA .. it's underated big time ..and also NYC is indeed on a different planet.

And thx for the pics PsyLock, it's great seeing some of these other places. It's PoMo but I love Charlotte's tallest. That's Bank of America, right? New Orleans looks like a giant Windsor, Ontario in that photo: stuck in 1977.

Yes.. very similar, but I prefer Dallas less "flashy" tower.

Yes, BoA seems to have really nice towers around the country, Charlottes no exception. New Orlean's skyline looks really outdated. Hopefully they have some projects in the future that can freshen up the skyline.

It's a great historical marker and astounding that it's survived. Is it true that it pre-dates the one in New York? I think there are a couple older ones in the US midwest though.

The idea of a form fitting building on a triangular plot of land goes waaaaay back. The Toronto Flatiron Building is a decade older than its more famous cousin in NYC!
