This will be the second tallest building in Brooklyn after The Brooklyn Dime Savings Bank Tower at 9 DeKalb, not to mention one of the tallest in the city.

NYC is going full nuts with development. Downtown Brooklyn itself will have a skyline that can compete with a lot of the world class skylines soon. And it is only one cluster of many this city has!

It's relatively free to build skyscrapers in NYC if you know where to build.

These Brooklyn apartments will be even more expensive than those across the river. Such tall apartment buildings (over 50 floors) must be expensive and can only happen in New York and a few other cities.

This tower is very OMAesque in style, and looks great!

Wonderful, simple, minimal design that isn't as imagination-free as 432 PA. Love it.

And to think there's going to be a high school on this block at street level? Makes me wish to be young again just to go there .

Real testament to how much Brooklyn has grown skyward that the smaller component of this is 38 stories. 5-8 years ago, people would've been fairly excited to see just that rise.

For me, those visible diagonal beams in those two glass cladded sky lobbies or meachnical floors are the badass key element of the design. It really is a striking design. I like it!
