That's right, I guess it will keep that position for some time, altough some other tower of 140+ meters in Bratislava downtown would look great for the skyline.

wow, downtown Bratislava looks so grandly urban, all these new builds will enhance it.

I'd say this area is actually just outside the developed urban centre, but there's a lot of ongoing and planned development there. Most of the buildings you can see on the first visual (with the exception of the three towers in the middle and the theatre on the far left) are either planned or in construction, there's a lot of talk about the area becoming the "new downtown".
