i think Ratchada Square and the RCK twin projects should be resumed asap. since they both are really visible eye-sore for bangkok skyline.

I compiled a list of stalled highrise project on my website.. haven't been update them for a while though:

I see there are also couple of unfinished buildings on New Petchburi Rd which is worth resuming.

MDX sounds cool..(sounds like a very high-tech top secret proposal)
BTW I spoke to the architects who designed the RCK Twin.. It is called Sathorn Residence and was going to be 164m or there about. no idea what's happening with it though.

That left over Tower near the IFCT wil be developed as some residential tower that I posted the news about it before...

It's still in good shape it seems after being untouched for such a long time. I would not be surprised if someone takes over that one now that so many other large leftovers in the central areas have been resumed.

Does anyone knowhow it's going for State tower? Huw much of it is occupied?

I think it's older than State Tower.. not sure though. But it's one of the better looking building skeletons out there!

It was underconstruction almost same time as the State Tower back then but sadly, this one couldnt survive the crisis...

About the State Tower, most of the Condominium units are sold which appointed by CB Richard Ellis.

The Serviced Apartment is now also operated by Meritus Suits group, and I believes that the Hotel Part they will choose the Regent Hotel..

The Sirocco Resstuarante on the top is pretty popular right now, u have to book for the seat 3 days before the appointment...

If State Tower fills up then I'm sure this one will be imediately resumed. Hmm.. there are many unlucky ppl who bought units in that unfinished one before the crisis.

Nah Jo, the State Tower was bought from the former developer by Challenge property Group and finished by this company also.

The only chance to completed this tower is to have some new invester take over the tower it's self and re-develop it...

I know, but if they see that it would be in demand and other towers in the area get filled up that is more likely to happen.
