NH stock&shin young&GS construction consortium selected as main alliance for redevelop old MBC broadcasting site.

MBC selected this consortium cause they has reliable project financing ability
and MORI Tower of TOKYO's company&KIAN architecture of SK&URBAN AGENCY of Denmark participated on this project
Also MBC company will buying landmark tower.
and NH stock now U/C behind of this MBC site which name is Parc1 333m
So this project very confidence.

"We will make this project as 24 hours non sleep commercial,residence,cultural center in yeiudo island" say concerns

tower is ordinary simple
but ground open square very interesting and good
definitely it will be great harmony with Parc1 supertall and around civil skyscraper redevelop apartment !

This is quite nice. I agree that the towers themselves are kind of on the bland side, but they also look very clean and minimalist, which I can definitely get behind. The square is exactly the kind of public space that a road-dense area like Yeouido needs.

I'm anxious to see this thing take off!

Seems like they benchmarked a bit of Lower Manhattan's Financial District around the WTC area which I do not mind at all! Yeoido and Seoul in general needs more plazas like this and less lanes in those overly-ridiculous wide roads

BREAKING NEWS

This project possible to increased floor ratio up to 800% whichmean rendering changed to more HUGE SCALE than above rendering.

according to the report, Seoul is going to modified city plan which allow up to 800% in commercial used land.

If this new regulation apply in Yeiudo land(not only MBC project but also other civil apartment project too 서울seoul, 공작gongjak, 수정sujoung, 삼부sambu apartment) then they increased residences amount&commercial office amount.

Inshort more great&huge scale project possible than now.

"We not yet decided whether apply new regulation or keep going with original. We will carefully considering which case more good for us."say shin young(MBC PROJECT'S DEVELOPER) concern say!!!

Inshort this above rendering can changed more huge scale if developer choose new regulation.

So in my simulation MBC rendering will be more taller. cause they will not touched "land ratio/building coverage ratio 건폐율"
so for the purposed increased "floor ratio 용적률" without changed "land ratio" is only way to built taller!

P.S Not only this project but also a lot of other proposal apartment will be more skyscraper than now.
for example Yeuido su joung apartment suggested floor ratio 599.99%, land ratio 37.51%, B 6~49FL
But they can increased floor ratio from 599.99% to 800%!!
