Its: "Netherlands Bar Street
The Netherlands style buildings combining modern and classic elements create another Rotterdam on the Ocean Flower Island. When night falls, the whole street puts on a charming dress decorated by glittering lights. With air charge with the music of Dutch soft rock and the aroma of good wines from around the world, this is undoubtedly the best place for relaxation."

Why Rotterdam? Due to WW2 bombings there isn't a lot of old architecture left, so almost any other Dutch city would make more sense.

WTF? This is the first time I've seen or heard of this project, and it's already half done? China is crazy!

But what is this place. A new Macau?
