with level90 now exposed, level 91 is now to be poured in corebox ,so 301m corebox height is higher then eventual roof height
btw, the floorheight is currently lev72 or 230m high. height of World tower.

It's not just a mast, it also contains a public observation deck.

sure can. it will have many platforms. every 6m or so with highest being 330m up. the public are chained togther and walk up one side ,then across and then down other side.
