Bit off there - it's 91 floors. But residential floors are between levels 12 and 84, giving 72 floors of apartments. In the main tower, the first 11 floors are car parking (Eureka is only 2.7m above sea level so it's not feasible to build below ground) and the top few are plant rooms, the observation deck, etc. However, there are still apartments on the podium but they are marketed as a separate development - even though it's part of the same structure.

^ i think there is now 75 actual floors of residential (12-87).
Q1 has 74 actual floors of residential.(3-76)
