oh so eureka isnt in the cbd proper ... i didnt realize that. is it me or does the bldg look like its kinda ... cheap looking. im not being negative, i like it, it just seems kind of ... cheap i guess is the way to say it

Hey R2 it's a very unusual shaped and designed building, especially when you take into account its soaring height. The stripes, setbacks, obscure floor plan and skewed rise all make for a very interesting design. I think you'll find that the more it's completed, the better it will appear. It's going to be a very dramatic building which ever angle it's viewed from. I predict the gold crown on top will start a new craze in building design...just be a bit more patient and watch! NFK are very creative in their designs and check out another great apartment building: Republic Tower also in Melbourne. Cheers

Simply amazaing! There are any floors opened to "public". I mean, that have been sold an d are already occupied? In some pictures look like there are some furniture.

Yep, the tower is already settled and occupied up to level 34.

One thing's been bothering me for a while about this tower. What the hell is up with that spire. To me it just looks ugly and sticks out like a sore thumb.

The tower itsself is amazing though. One of my favourites
