No, as in the stations are much taller than elevated stations on other lines. Like Commonwealth, which is very tall...

Dover, Clementi, Commonwealth, Queenstown stations are in similiar structure due to presence of connecting commuter overhead bridges - it is connected to 2nd level concourse. So the rail tracks are on 3rd level, leaving 1st level empty. This explains why these stations are taller.

Only Buona Vista has 4 levels. The ground level of this station is much lower than the street level.

The most stations usually have concourse on the 1st level and the rail tracks are on second level.
