Trident International Holdings launches third super luxury community development - Bayside Residence - at Dubai Marina
Trident International Holdings (TIH), today announced the launch of another freehold residential project in Dubai, Bayside Residence, a luxurious residential development in the exclusive Dubai Marina. Bayside Residence at Dubai Marina Strengthening its position in the rapidly expanding freehold property market and post the phenomenal success of its earlier landmark developments, The Waterfront and Marinascape, leading real-estate developer. Strategically located, adjacent to Marinascape and on the edge of the water, which serves as the nucleus of the Dubai Marina community, Bayside Residence will comprise both condominium and villa complexes. Speaking on this, Mr. Wazir Daredia, Executive Director & CEO, TIH, said: 'Having established ourselves in the rapidly growing freehold property market in Dubai, with our earlier projects -- The Waterfront & Marinascape -- Bayside Residence is a natural extension of the same and is aimed at bridging the ever-increasing gap between the demand and supply of premium freehold residential properties in Dubai.' 'Contrary to the talk of a slowdown in the property market in Dubai, we are actually witnessing a substantial rise in demand for quality niche freehold properties. This is a clear indication of the growing confidence of investors in the freehold real-estate sector that the emirate has pioneered. Bayside Residence aims at offering our investors the opportunity to participate and benefit from Trident's progressive and ultra-exclusive & innovative developments,' he added. The 22-storeyed Bayside Residence will offer 101 - 1, 2, &3 bedroom - waterfront apartments, Marina Homes and penthouses. Re-emphasizing the premium location of this development are the three-storeyed Marina Homes complete with a private lift and sky lawns, Penthouses and Duplex Villas. Bayside Residence would include luxury features such as the 'Infinity Pool' and 'Intelligent Homes - 3G Super Wired Residence', that were pioneered by Trident in the region in addition to standard 'Home Theatre' systems, complete with 42-inch plasma screens in every apartment. Full-scale construction of Bayside Residence will commence shortly, and the project is scheduled for completion by June 2007. one of the better designs, no doubt
only 22 floors but a massive spire when i first saw it, i though it looks like avant tower of marinascape website will be www.baysideresidence.com, you will still end up at www.marinascape.com though

 BTW: it is not mentioned on the press release but this tower will have a O2 Lounge, the first Oxygen Bar in UAE. Can you find out the plot number from this:

wow a great mid rise.
looks nice...! but the location seems to be the same as timeplace has in a way... oh no timeplace is behind.. so it could be two plots more left than timeplace on dazz map. |

Trident adds another residential tower to Dubai Marina skyline
Staff Report Dubai: Trident International Holdings has launched Bayside Residence in Dubai Marina, company representatives said. "Having established ourselves in the rapidly-growing freehold property market in Dubai with our earlier projects - The Waterfront and Marinascape - we are proceeding with Bayside Residence," said Wazir Daredia, executive director and chief executive of Trident, a real estate developer based in Hong Kong. "Bayside is aimed at bridging the ever-increasing gap between the demand for and the available supply of premium freehold residential properties in Dubai," he said. "Contrary to the talk of a slowdown in the property market in Dubai, we are actually witnessing a substantial rise in demand for quality niche freehold properties. This is a clear indication of the growing confidence of investors in the freehold real-estate sector. "Bayside Residence will offer investors the opportunity to participate and benefit from Trident's progressive and ultra-exclusive and innovative developments," he said. The 22-storey Bayside Residence will offer 101 waterfront apartments, Marina Homes and penthouses. It will have infinity pools and high-tech amenities. These were pioneered by Trident in the region, company officials said. Other features include home theatre systems with 42-inch plasma screens in every apartment, the officials said.

quite a nice little tower. suitible for those who want an apartment, without a 20 miniute lift comute.
an oxygen bar. now thats somthing we all need. give people anything in nice packaging and they will pay. first water...now air.
